You can cash in on this tool as customers usually have to input their information when they send in a query. Email marketing is the fastest way to keep in touch with your customers and when you have a new product to offer you can send your current customers a promotional offer. It will make them feel special that you cared to remember them and you could also include introductory discounts or vouchers so you are assured of a repeat purchase.
